We Built This for Athletes Who Don't Make Excuses

CALIMAN® was born out of frustration. Frustration with overpriced gym memberships. With plastic equipment that breaks after 3 months. With the idea that you need a facility to build a serious physique.

We're a small team of calisthenics athletes based in Germany, and we built CALIMAN® because we couldn't find equipment we actually trusted. So we made our own.

Why Ash Wood?

We tested plastic, steel, foam grips — nothing felt right. Ash wood is naturally grippy, shock-absorbing, and gets better with use. It's what gymnasts have trained on for over a century. We just made it accessible.
