How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days. EU delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship across the EU. If you're outside the EU, email us at calimansupport@gmail.com and we'll do our best to arrange it.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.

What wood are the handles made from?

CALIMAN® handles are made from premium ash wood — naturally grippy, durable, and used by gymnasts for over a century. Each pair is sanded smooth and treated to resist moisture and wear.

What weight can they hold?

Our handles are built to handle serious training loads. They've been tested beyond 150kg of applied force. If you weigh more or train with added weight, email us and we'll advise.

Do they work on all floor surfaces?

Yes. The rubber feet grip on hardwood, tile, concrete, and gym mats. We recommend a mat on very smooth polished surfaces.

Are they good for beginners?

Absolutely. The elevated, neutral-grip position is actually easier on the wrists than flat-palm push-ups, making them great for beginners and injury prevention.

Can I use them for L-sits and handstand training?

Yes — they double as low parallettes, perfect for L-sit holds, tuck holds, and handstand lean progressions.
